Shipping & Returns Policy
At nataclothing.com, we are committed to delivering your order with premium packaging and within the promised timeframe. We ship across India and internationally, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.
We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. All orders are shipped via reputed courier partners. If your delivery location is not serviceable by them, we will dispatch your order through Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.
Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
• All domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days from our studio, from the date of order confirmation.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
• Yes, you can request a change in the shipping details within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@nataclothing.com, provided the order has not yet been billed or shipped.
When will my order arrive?
• Most orders reach you within 06 – 09 working days from dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
• All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We maintain the highest quality standards and ensure every product is crafted with utmost care.
As a policy:
• Returns are not accepted for products delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed.
• Items purchased on sale or discount are non-returnable, unless there is a genuine
defect.
Exchange Policy
• To request an exchange, email us at hello@nataclothing.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all documentation intact.
• Customers are required to courier the product back to us. Reverse pick-up charges apply:
o ₹300/- for Co-ord sets
o ₹400/- for Sarees
• An exchange can be availed only once per order. Once exchanged, the product is no longer eligible for return.
• The exchange will be processed only after a quality check by our team.
• In case the requested size is unavailable, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the product value.
Return Policy:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
• Please email us at hello@nataclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order
number, transaction details, delivery address, and product images.
• Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
• If verified, we will arrange a replacement. In case the item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
• Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
• Store credits issued are valid for future purchases and non-refundable in cash.
• All courier/shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
