1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • If your location is non-serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive rush.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting our courier partner’s website.


6. Delays & Issues

  • In case of delays beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our customer care team at hello@nataclothing.com.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our services.
